"One of the managers there is by far the rudest person I have ever met. I go into this store 3-4 times a week to order my team coffee and before I can even tip she yelling about tips, today when I went through drive through and order 3 coffees when I got to the window one of the coffees were missing cold foam so I ask if I could just get it and she snatched the coffee from my hand before I could ask for the cream on the side for one of the coffees she stormed off. So when she got back I asked if I could get the two creams on the side and she rudely said can I get you anything else and slammed the window before i could answered I waited there so I could get my recipes and she refused. My team and myself easily spend 300+’dollars a week at this location but we will not be returning due to her. The women is an older women with dark curly hair who sounds like Fran from the nanny!"

"That's a good location. I usually go through the drive thru, but I also did pre-ordered pickup in the inner. it's a cleaner charge. they have in the regular all donuts on camp. my orders are always correct. the staff can be busy or overwhelmed, but they are always friendly and friendly. I recommend this location."

"The best Dunkin’ donuts in cabarras county by far! the customer service and the love for detail in this Dunkin’ donuts was commendable and very appreciated! I had a problem with very old stale donuts from the concord location on 29 (they suck btw) and this place to take care of me immediately!"

"My local truck dealership orders here regularly. I was in one day and saw the food and was like, wow that smells delicious, and looked great. Was glad to see on the menu they offered Gluten Free, so next time I was there I ordered food from here.Without a doubt best GF egg sandwich ever.It was a bacon omelette on grilled big bread with cheese.The crew got burritos that were over the top.I live 90 miles away, I’m gonna day trip up here with my friends to eat here, picnic lunch style, just because the food here is that good.Great staff, order online available, easy to pay..JUST WOW !! Thanks."

"Arrived at the krispy kreme near concord mills north carolina near the mall at approximately 4:30p.m. on 9/3/23. Waited in line for about 10 minutes or longer. Ok no problem people love doughnuts. I get to the window and place my order, 1 DOZEN assorted pumpkin spice doughnuts and the gentleman comes on the microphone and ask is that a dozen or half a dozen....I answer 1 dozen. And continue on with my order ½ dozen assorted, half being original glazed and the remainder being 2 creme filled doughnuts and 1 lemon filled doughnuts. Ok wait in line an additional 15 minutes(kind of slow service)finally get to the window and the gentleman ask did we have a dozen original glazed. No. And repeated my order. Gentlemen just stared and asked if we were on the same page he just asked to repeat it. Got my order had to ask for napkins did not get a receipt and guy was sagging so bad that I could see his grey boxers. Very unpleasant experience where is management. Last, they didn't tell me there weren't anymore regular creme filled doughnuts so I noticed this and asked he said yea we don't have anymore. So just give me what you wanted I actually really dislike chocolate creme filled. When you guys knew of this or let me rephrase you should have known of this and informed my while placing my order at the microphone."
