"The speed and consistency were excellent and it is a New England thing. Still, if I had had a little more time to sit, to go in and experience the meal, I would've chosen a family diner. Instead, I ate while I drove. Is this really the way we want to live?"

"If you order a coffee late morning/early afternoon, there is a good chance they'll serve you decaf instead of doing their job and making a new pot of regular. I ordered a REGULAR coffee a bit after 12 and watched as the gentlemen filled my cup with 100% decaf.Seriously, how hard is it to put a new filter in and press a button?"

"Apologies for not catch name on the young man who served on me, but he has purple hair on top. Very rude and does not listen to what customers request is. Example: I asked for chocolate covered which is chocolate frosted), he said boston cream, I said no and pointed to correct one. Please train the employees correctly and not to be rude and use respect. We have come to this Dunkin Donuts since they opened.Thank you, not happy service this trip."
