"We have two bagels with cream cheese two lattes. The latte didn't taste right and were super hot! The bagels were hard, chewing and dry. The cream cheese was good, then part of it fell on the plate and there was a black hair in it, so somehow it ruins for me. The counter service was clumsy, the man on the counter just looked at the register and said nothing, I was as if you were ready to order for me? I was looking forward to this experience and was quite deceived overall."

"Considering that Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Donuts are now a joint company. It's great experience to having both and decide what you really want ice cream or Donuts. pretty hard choice but don't forget that coffee always delicious always good to go. Now I write this at 3 stars only considering that it is always hiring new employees they need to properly train and to get the job done.As for the youngsters need more appropriate training and product knowledge. Food is always great."
