"EDITED TO ADD: someone clearly read my review because magically all hours changed to them closing at 6 rather than 6:30. Yet no apology or response. Poor customer service once again. Will not be back. Either the hours on Google and all websites are wrong or your workers decide to close early. Website said they were open until 6:30. I showed up at 5:50 to pick up some items. I normally pick up between $40-$50 worth of items every time I stop by since our family loves everything so much. $40-$50 may not be a lot to some but it seems substantial to us. That said I showed up at 5:50. Everything was removed from the cases. 3-4 workers were standing behind the counter. I asked if they were open. They said “2 minutes left”. Which didn’t make sense. The website said 6:30, which would be 40 min. And if the hours changed and it was 6, I would have had 10 min. I asked if I could still get items. They made a face like I was bothering them. I said Nevermind and walked out. They didn’t say anything and now have lost a customer. The bakery is delicious. But the workers make it very clear they don’t care about anyone’s business. They closed early. Or the hours aren’t correct. Either way poor customer service."

"My best friend and I always come here, probably about 2-3 times a week! We love it! The bubble tea is amazing, the staff is friendly and helpful with decision making! I went to Dunkin Donuts every day and the taste is so wonderful here that DD was replaced! Great job!"

"We originally came directly to the business to share our thoughts and concerns about our visit, but they have never responded to what makes us really "haven't taken care of our experience less. No one wore a mask on arrival. They had no record of our reservation, although we showed them the email with the details. We were focused on sitting outside in a bubble that felt in the sun after 4 or 5 minutes as if we were cooking in a microwave. We wondered if we could sit inside, and the server told us that the bike store is taking our interior. Not sure how on earth would they be able to accommodate diners on a rainy day, considering that this is not even a restaurant. It is a walkable counter with some tables and chairs outside. It took 30 minutes for 3 employees to make 3 lemonade and a gritty, molten chocolate shaker, and we were the only customers there. After we have asked a few questions about the menu, we have placed our order. With two people in our party with celiac disease and a heavy milk allergy, we were sure that the restaurant was gluten-free and vegan. The two people with celiac ordered the breakfast sandwich that came with the option of a pretzel roll or a brioche beer. After ordering the pulp roll, the server came back and informed us that the pulp roll is not gluten-free...as this is destroyed as a gluten-free restaurant. We wondered how fast it would take us to get sick from any cross-contamination that we have learned now was NOT a gluten-free restaurant as advertised. We originally came for the bakery articles because they flooded their Facebook page with delicious looking donuts, cake pots and other baked goods...of course they had no bakery articles on the day we were. $95 for 4 people to eat 3 breakfast sandwiches without sides, 3 lemonade, a bowl with chips and guacamole, and a milkshake... stamina! We will not return and will NOT recommend to everyone!"

"I could say that the guy who worked the window was new, but he tried to learn quickly while they were very busy. Great job new guy! There was a little problem with him accidentally charged me for another order, but the manager solved the problem quickly and with a smile on her face! I can tell you that all work very hard and appreciate you! Great work for everyone!"
