"Totally disappointed at this Dunkin donuts. Multiple times when we place orders online and you walkin they are never ready. Sometimes you have to stand in the store for a few minutes before anybody even comes out to check on you. Today my wife stoppedto pick up an order on her way to work that we had placed online and you guess it, it was not ready. Once she got in her carand started heading to work and opened up the bag she found her English muffin it was not toasted but they did put the butter onit."

"Apart from some check-out problems, the quality and service is good. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was perfectly roasted. This was an afternoon job and my experience in other places was in the afternoon Stale Bagels. However, this location served a very fresh bagel. While I still think that Dunkin cream cheese really lacks taste, it was an ok supplement to the bagel. I also ordered a decaf ice cream coffee with unsweetened coconut and vanilla. I asked for oat milk, but they were out. It seems quite common lately. The coffee tasted like its Christmas mix. Not so sure it was decaf. I have noticed that when I order two flavors, they sometimes reduce the number of shots. That happened this time. I enjoyed the taste of the Christmas mix, but was disappointed with the tastes."
