"5 stars to this beautiful , big and clean Dunkin' Donut right on the U.S. Route 2, then plenty of parking outside but easily accessible using the bus nr.1 ! Even during the late afternoon it's possible to find a large variety of pastry! Boston cream pie Donut is my favourite absolutely! Coffee tastes good as usual! It has plenty of Dunkin' merchandise. People here are welcoming and helpful! You can both order directly to the cashier or using the machine which you have to pay using the card only. The menu is very easy to read and understand. The atmosphere is cozy. You can easily take your coffee chatting with friends, admiring the environment outside thanks to the large windows that frame this shop ... This place has many tables and seats, low and high! Beautiful! Restrooms and free WiFi! Why this place shouldn't deserve 5 stars?"

"This place is turning around they used to be the best Dunkin around then dropped off a bit for the last year or so with some big staff turn over but the newest staff is starting to really click and bring back the quality and care that this location had for a while. Hope they can keep it up"

"Maybe I’m crazy. But I was disappointed how my situation was handle just an hour ago by an older woman. So I started my order with a younger man and ordered a “Medium ice coffee but in a large cup with extra ice”. He started to talk before this woman answered over him with “We can’t do that. We have to charge you for a large”. So I explained that all the other Tim Hortons has never charged me because I’m still getting a medium size amount of coffee with extra ice just in a large cup because you can’t put extra ice in the medium without losing coffee. She was pretty rude about it and goes “tHaTs JuSt HoW iT iS” so I let it go and just got the medium. I am now back to taking to the younger gentleman to finish my order. I pull up to the window and give him my phone so he can scan my points. Well for some reason it wasn’t working and I can tell he was getting nervous so I gave him a smile. All of a sudden this woman comes out of no where AGAIN and takes the phone and try’s herself. She then tells me nothing she can do about it. And I knew there was nothing she could do about it but she wasn’t pleasant when she told me. End of story I just pay full to only all the Carmel at the bottom of my coffee, tasted like milk, and barely ANY ICE like I knew there would be, so my coffee got warm really quickly. The younger man was more respectful than the older woman."

"No receipt given even when asked. So sad that this happens when u r purchasing a total of 33.05 dollars of food. Female that is in front area is not the person that shouldn be taking money from customer if she doesn't know how to work the cash register."

"If I could rate it a zero I would. The staff were laughing with a customer (one of their friends) who was bragging they stole my food and sarcastically said it tasted great. Then the one cooking complained they had to make another one. It’s a frozen sandwich that goes in an oven not that hard to cook. Staff are awful. Only one who was nice was some woman who was Spanish. Think she was the lead person. The rest are extremely rude. What do you expect for Dunkin’ donut though. Never going there ever again"

When you have to wait 15 min in line and get to the window and the order is wrong....at least they checked it...but then wait longer for the coffee to be fixed there is a problem.
