"Was told 4 times at the drive thru speaker we will be with you in a moment by a harsh frustrated voice. Normally I would have driven away, but I had already ordered and paid through the app. When I got to the window, the employees were arguing and the man who served me yelled from across the store, Are you the mobile order? Was then handed a white drink so I asked if this was a frozen chocolate as there was no chocolate syrup in the cup. The man snapped at me that this is how they make their frozen chocolates and maybe other dunkins do it differently. I took one sip and was digusted as it was just a large cup of cream. While throwing it out, someone asked me why I threw away my large VANILLA LATTE. I told them it was supposed to be a frozen chocolate so even that person knew by looking at it that it was not correct. Don 't waste your money at this location!"
