"I went for the trip thru paid cash and took immediately after receiving the food, but just parked directly over the hard drive thru window. That I forgot my change. Wing back to drive immediately and informed the guy in the window that he didn't give me the change, and so he cried, I think his oversight. The lady asked me for the reception with fighting approaches. And told her what happened. She's annoying to talk to me for unknown reasons. And I said I was just here a few minutes ago, but they got more rude and talked about counting up, etc. instead of talking nicely. I understand from my end that I can't do anything that coz I don't have the receipt since I was not given, but I'm strongly convinced that speaking to someone is nice or friendly, it doesn't cost them or someone. Yeah, she could have a tough day, but that doesn't allow her to be rude. Dealing with different customers is part of their jobs! I hope she will be rich in her attitude. To add, not all employees are rude. Hopefully there's only one and that was the lady working in the drive she's extremely rude."
