"Terrible. Customer service isn?t good, the young lady taking our order was rude and had an attitude. The reason why you are getting payed is coming out of our pockets. We pay for the food and expect it to be good. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and there was barely any cream cheese. If you hate your job don?t show up to work. I also gave the store a call and the young lady answered, I explained the situation and she proceeded with an attitude and didn?t have a good excuse for why my bagel didn?t have any cream cheese. I asked to speak to a manager and she said there wasn?t a manager at the time. The young man however was really sweet and gave the best service, we need more people like him working there. I don?t recommend coming here and I will not be back. The other dunkin? donuts by my house gives better service."

"I started going here because the Starbucks down the way sucks....I hated waiting 45 minutes for my drink in the drive thru... This place is super fast. They don't have a huge selection of drinks and I'm not sure they use espresso but the drinks do the trick... It's super fast and efficient."

"We got lunch combos today. The chicken salad sandwich was so good on soft rye bread. The combo includes a whole sandwich, a bag of chips, a delicious pickle, a bottled drink and a dessert. We chose an Eclair that was so big and so delicious! We will definitely do that again."

"After a lunch visit and two breakfast visits, I can affirm that this is the best place to grab a quick-ish breakfast in L'ville. For roughly the same price as McDonald's, you get REAL cheese and eggs. The donuts are delicious as well- moist inside and a perfectly flakey glaze. I hope this place is around for a long time!"

"THIS PLACE IS NOT OPEN AGAIN!I saw the reviews saying this place was open again. I tried to go a few weeks ago they weren 't open when they were supposed to be. Well, now there 's a sign saying there 's no power so once again I 've traveled out of my way and once again this place isn 't open when it 's supposed to be. IDK if those reviews were lying or what, but this place needs to get their act together or just change their posted times on Google to show temporarily closed ...or something.I 've tried calling the other locations only to be told they don 't communicate between locations so they 've got no clue what 's going on with this place. There is no prompt when you call as to whether they 're open or not the voice-mail is full so you can 't leave a message or ask for a call back. It 's ridiculous.I 've never left a review before on Google, but this whole situation warranted my doing so. ?"
