"Loved the Baseball Nut Ice Cream though I really wanted the Pralines and Cream I always get at other Baskin-Robbins Stores but this location did not have the Pralines so I went for the Baseball Nut which was delicious."

"Their donuts are really good but beware that they will price gouge. They charged me twice as much as menu prices for donuts, and they wouldn’t give me a receipt. Before ordering, note the menu price. Before paying, ask them how much for your purchase, and tell them you want a receipt. A disappointing experience, and although the donuts are really good, I will not be buying from them again."

"This place is awesome. We ordered ice cream for the kids, the ice cream was excellent but the service here was even better. The girl working the counter was really friendly, very helpful and happy to have our larger group.Tea, coffee, ice cream, cookies and much more. Delicious"

"I placed an order online in time for the delivery to line up with my lunch hour and the restaurant confirmed it. After the 45 minute wait time i got the notification that my food was on the way! After about three minutes i was informed that the restaurant canceled my order and that i would receive my refund within the week. I did not receive a call with an explanation or anything from the restaurant. Now my lunch hour is here but i have no lunch! Thanks guys!"

"This is my first review on Yelp, I had to sign up to do. Today my nineteen year old daughter and I decided to try Chill since no place in Stockton was open. I waited in the car while she went in for two shakes and two teas. Her hands were full so the one other customer had opened the door for her. Two feet out in front of the door a shake came out of the cup holder and spilled down the front of her, down shirt, shorts, and on feet in flip flops before landing on the ground. As I hopped out of the car, the customer came out to help her. I grabbed the other three drinks and she went in door to get paper towels which the nice customer was giving to her so she could clean herself. When she got in the car, I asked her if the employee said anything and she replied nothing although this happened in front of the door and windows and she said she struggled inside putting the drinks in carrier herself without the employee helping. I went in and asked her why she wouldn't put in carrier and she said my daughter did herself and didn't want help. This is a lie since the employee handed her the empty cup holder and gave her the drinks. She did not offer to remake or say hey I'm sorry or I can give you a few dollars off coupon. I told her we came from Stockton and would only continue to go to Mile Nutrition and with a smile on her face said I'll say hi to her for you I'm seeing her this afternoon. She continued looking at me while smiling. I said I was going to write a review and tell all our friends to not go here because of rude customer service and she said go ahead. I've looked at their Instagram page where they say they build community and their business is like a community. I'm not sure what their definition of community and customer service is but it's nothing I want to be a part of and I'll gladly support small businesses else where. I have never in my fifty-three years of life experienced such horrible customer service nor had a young girl condensingly smile and speak to me in such a rude or disrespectful way."
