"Unprofessionalism in the workplace. Coworkers scream at each other. I got a free coffee once, along with other people, once an employee ordered 300 coffees and tried charging the customer $908. It was an accident but she didn’t know how to cancel the order or work the register, pushed the wrong button, and malfunctioned the register leading to the store closing 50 minutes early, 3 customer orders leaving with free coffee(s) after an employee told them to leave, and a long line of customers having to leave and re-route to a different Dunkin Donuts. Cleanliness is poor, and the customer service is very disturbing. I ordered 5 coffees last week, and 2 of them were made completely wrong after I was very clear on what I wanted.
