"Came in two times with a $25 Casey's giftcard that wouldn't read when swiping. The first time they spent almost 20 min trying to get it to work but I had to leave for an appointment. I came back and was noticed by the same lady who tried to help mepreviously. She recalled the interaction and headed to the back asking the manager about it. She returned and told me shecouldn't help because the card was a couple years old and that I needed to call the 1800 number on the back of the card. I leftfrustrated and phoned the customer service number. The lady on the phone informed me the cards are able to be keyed in manually,which in store they told me they were not. The customer service lady seemed irritated to hear that and said she was going tocontact the store. A two year old gift card is not the problem. The lack of knowledge and unhelpful staff is. The manager didn'tseem to care. They only seemed interested in getting rid of me because it was too much trouble. I went to the Casey's in Roscoeand the manager got on the phone and sorted things out. She spent 20 minutes helping."
