"The older woman behind the deli counter is horrendous. She should be moved behind the register. Every time we visit on our lunch break, the service is amazing except if she is there. She is slow, she talks instead of making her orders, and her food is often incorrect, poorly made, or mangled. I have complained about her on numerous occasions and nothing has been done about her. Please fix this or I will not be returning to this location."
