"I walked in with two kids just minutes before 6:30. I had checked hours on Maps and they are listed at 8/9pm Tuesday-Thursday, but they had a sign on the door that I missed stating that closing is actually 6:30pm Tuesday-Thursday. I felt so bad for the guy behind the counter, but JoRel was so kind, patient, and accommodating. He spent time making sure the kids got want they wanted and even showed some creativity for the kid that wanted chocolate syrup on a cone. His solution saved my car since we obviously took it to go, but JoRel never made us feel rushed. I wish I would have been aware of the updated hours, but JoRel (and the great ice-cream made it a good experience.Kid-friendliness: Very patient staff when ordering with kids that are shaky on what to get :"

"The best donuts in North Carolina! I absolutely love the cream cheese filled! Not too sweet and the filling is super smooth and rich! My wife is very fond of the bear claws. Always fresh and tasty, it's a great Saturday morning stop on the way to the mountains!"
