"I went in to buy quite a number of cakes etc and guess what on a weekend is a 10% surcharge. So why would we want to buy from somewhere where you get a surcharge to spend money at the shop. The prices should be altered to the amount including the so called surcharge. I would want people to buy from me all the time and be busy as if i am quite or busy i have to pay the same wages."

"We like that this Fish Chip shop has deals for 3 people, which not many do. Our experience today was positive good service; they said on the phone when it would be ready and it was ready when we went to pick it up. It was freshly cooked and hot. The potato in my potato cake could have done with being a bit more cooked, but otherwise we were happy with the meal. The chips were enough for the three of us, especially when we are also eating flake, potato cake and a dim sim. You can see the size of the flake in the photo, I thought it was around standard size."
