"Ordered a medium vanilla latte in a large cup with extra ice. the two girls on the theke looked out and pretended to order something crazy. they told me, no, we can't do that, we have to charge them for a big drink; we fill our ice all the way up anyway. then one went away from the register and told the other to finish the order because it simply cannot. the other girl seemed to understand my question, but when I got my medium vanilla latte, it was in a middle cup with about 1/4 inch egg. to be honest, I could really take less care of the coffee, I would never take the time to write a review about bad coffee, it is customer service or lack there. it is absolutely crazy for me that employees in a customer service-oriented job can act as they do. it's really discouraging."

"Who doesn't love a fresh, hot, melty donut on a Sunday morning? We usually get a mixed dozen with an iced latte on the side. I just love how the glaze cracks when you take your first bite! Unfortunately, this location has its inside area closed and you're forced to go through the drive thru and they just don't have it down : I have to repeat myself several times because they are clearly multitasking and more than half the time it isn't what I wanted. But then again, a donut is a donut lol"
