"I guess the restaurants, not just Dunkin Donuts, in this neighborhood don't value customers. They either have rude teenagers the don't get your order right or don't speak the English enough to be taking orders and your order is not right. This is unnecessary stress when trying to get to work, school or whatever you destination may be. Not to mention with these issues, it takes 20 minutes to handle 2 cars in the drive. All I can say is if you are in a hurry this is not the place to choose during the morning, afternoon until maybe after 7pm when there are no teenagers working. When they are not there very few problems with any of these issue's. Just my experience."

"My morning experience at DD was horrible. I specifically asked for a 1/2 dozen donuts assorted with sprinkles. Got to the window paid then something told me open the box and see what I was given. One of the ladies gived me the worst looking donuts ever, no sprinkles, no frosting on my donuts. I then said to the lady this is not what I asked for. These donuts have no sprinkles or nothing on them. The cashier said that she had no other donuts ready. I started getting upset then she miraculously find some donuts with sprinkles on it . With that being said I wont be going there for a very long time. And just to say why would they even give a customer what they specifically didn't order. Mind you these donuts are for my kids. Its Friday and I wanted to treat my kids to a fun breakfast."
