"First of all this should have been a 5 star rating but when my wife asked for a drink that she had had at another Dunkin the young lady taking the order told her they didn't have those and recommended another drink. Wife hates the taste of coffee and asked if it tasted like coffee and the girl said no. Guess what, it tasted like coffee. After paying for the drink she wouldn't drink. I looked up the original drink wife wanted on their website and found it. She took the phone up to the counter an low and behold they have those. After getting what she wanted wife was happy so I was happy. Everything else was great. Just disappointed to spend twice the money on what she wanted."

"This place has the best cream horns I ever had!!!! Root beer floats are good too. You have a lot of great food. Only that is that I stood there for the longest time and even said hello loud and no one came out of the back. After all, a young girl came to the outside door and said she was with me and then I was standing there and waiting. She was super nice and sweet. I just couldn't stand there as long as I did. That was my first time. Another five-star doo!!"

"The past two days I went into the lobby to order due to the drive thru being absolutely packed and not moving after 10 minutes. The first two time I went in without a mask and there was no issue. The third time I went in I was refused service. Fix your damn consistency. Make up your mind!! I will not be visiting this location again."
