"Frankly, considering the observable unprofessionalism and unsanitary conditions, I don?t understand how this Dunkin location hasn?t yet been forced against its will to shut down, either by corporate or the City of Nashua. About a week ago, whilewaiting for an order, I witnessed a woman, who goes by the overheard name of ?Barbie?, unnecessarily yell at a coworker of hersfor what I believed could have been an honest mistake, and yelled belligerently enough to seemingly embarrass this coworker infront of customers. This was very unsettling to me, as Barbie?s confrontational behavior was indicative of desiring a physicalfight. Meanwhile, behind the pick up counter was a visible mess of food droppings, coffee and dairy spills, some of whichappeared to not be so freshly spilled. I was also just as appalled, if not more so, by these unsanitary conditions, especiallyin our post-pandemic age. This place does not deserve any business and must shut down altogether."
