"November 28, 2023, around 12ish…My service was so horrible, rude cashier, skip me serve others and tried to serve me cold food.Also stared me down, while she was serving others.. Very cold person…I don’t know how you can sleep at night. Every cashier in the place needs to be overhauled retrain on customer service..Especially the one working the drive through window…I waited 20 minutes for a kids meal.. Nuggets and fries… Imagine that.. if you don’t like you job, Get a new one or trade I know you want to make others miserable, but I love myself. You should try it sometimes..You are a grown woman with 6 kids, I’m sure you make your family proud….You mama’s should not work in fast food, if you want to take your worthless home issues out on innocent citizens.. Who work just as hard as you or even more…I will never come here ever again, as long as those woman are working there.. Yea my one complaint might not mean nothing, how you treat people, whatever you so reap, you will sow….."

"I got the signature churro iced latte, large. I was charged over $7.00. I said something about the price and I was told inflation. I went to a different location today and I got the same drink for $5 and change. That is the price I usually paid. Seems to me maybe the employees are pocketing the extra? Never will give them my money again."
