"Absolute garbage. I wish Zero Stars was an option. I love Dunkin Donuts, but this place is the worst. I ordered here a few times for convenience and it's all but convenient. Service is extremely slow, orders are often wrong or badly prepared, eating and drinking is often cold. Avoid like the Covid."

"The drinks are great! Even from Dunkin donuts, because they are attached together. However, the staff is severely SLOW! I want to apply to help them honestly. The staff are very friendly, don't get me wrong. It's just the work ethic, you would expect to order, and get your drink in a timely manner, that is NOT the case here. You WILL be waiting for a minute! The ONLY time you get your drink quickly is if they are trying to close and leave for the night. They really need staff with better work ethics and training to help improve that."

"Had the pleasure to learn what everyone talked about on Saturday. The donuts are meant for......I ate 4 donuts and took 6 more home! The breakfast and lunch menu looked delicious, as well as the food from the kitchen. Plan at lunch next to Donuts for Dessert! The journey from Annapolis is worth it!"

"I went this morning to get Cappuccino Blast and tried to order from the inside counter but was told the register was not working. They told me that I would have to wait in the LONG drive-thru line, and they can ring me up at the register by the drive-thru window. If I wanted to order something from Dunkin Doughnuts, they would help me inside. When I asked why they would not ring me up from the same register as the drive through an employee said to me I can go to another Dunkin Doughnuts . I just moved into the area 3 weeks ago, I would love to keep going to this location because it 's the closes to my house. When I asked to have the district manager name and phone number, I was told they couldn 't give me that information. By the way, there is no managers at this location. Please get a manager, these employees need to be watched!!!"
