"This tim Hortons is by far the WORST LOCATION I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I had ordered a simply sausage on an English muffin with no cheese or butter (I am lactose intolerant). We received the food in about a minute. Amazing time. However we had to wait for our two iced caps for 15 additional minutes. Now this isn’t the issue. I got home and opened my food to eat when I noticed cheese and butter in my food. Everyone gets this wrong no matter where I go so I’ve gotten used to calling and fixing this issue. But when I called this location I was met by the cooks voice, and when I voiced my concern she called me a liar. I had the food in my hands and she accused me of lying. After I had given up arguing I asked to speak with the manager to which she hung up the phone. I tried calling back over and over but they ignored me. So I went back in. One cashier was very polite but everyone else INCLUDING THE MANAGER was very disrespectful and rude. I spoke to the manger and she replaced my food, however in regards to the incident of lying she did not care at all. She in fact said and I quote “I do not care”. I told her I would be contacting head office about this to which she repeated “I do not care”. Terrible TERRIBLE Tim Hortons, and whoever daughter that was should be ashamed at how they raised them. I understand customer service is frustrating, I’ve been there. Both sides. But that is no way to treat another human being. Head office has been contacted and I hope to have her job. To the cashier who apologized thinking she was at fault, you were nothing but polite and the iced caps were perfect! To the cook and manager… please change yourselves"

"We had a great dinner here. The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was nice and cool. There were some vegetarian options and we landed on the tofu and the frit. I'm not a giant lens fan, so the Tofu was my Fave. We also have the chocolate dessert that was really beautiful!"

"La cuisine est soignée et bonne. Juste une petite remarque, nos plats, bien que tous différents, étaient assez épicés (gingembre notamment je sens). Ce déséquilibre est dommageable, surtout que les produits sont frais et de bonne qualité. Pour le reste la salle est agréable (pas trop bruyante) et le personnel efficace et attentif. Enfin, le rapport qualité prix est bon. Seul bémol, il y a du monde donc risque d'attente."

"Ordered the fish tacos and they didnt put in Pico de Gallo and it came ice cold. Very few fries on the side as well. Delivery quality has gone way down recently, especially for the price."

"Excellent food and excellent service.The food was unpretentious and each item on my plate was a standout. Well-thought out menu, as the flavours were balanced, harmonious, and bursting with flavour.You can taste the care that went into the preparation. Absolutely delicious.The menu is seasonal but for reference I ordered the curried tempura cauliflower (appetizer), the black pepper cornish hen potato gnocchi (entree), and the pistachio sumac pavlova (dessert)."
