"This is by far the worst experience I’ve had for wait times at a Tim Hortons. I know to avoid this location yet against my better judgement I stopped in yesterday. I was in line for 20 minutes, third person in line. Asked when we would be served as I had to get my kid to school, they still didn’t help. Line up was out the door. I left, went to the Paris road location. I was in and out and the manager was amazing. I will never attend this location again!!!"

"My family and I went to Tim Hortons off of rest acres road last Friday morning to grab a breakfast sandwich. It was 11:30am in the morning still within the breakfast serving time frame. I ordered three of the breakfast sandwiches and the response I got was there was no eggs left for the morning.The one thing that is quintessential to a breakfast sandwich is the egg!!! No reason or no offer for us to wait as they prepared more.I was extremely displeased with how this could happen and the premier coffee shop of our nation??Here is hoping for more eggs!!"
