"It might have been a bad day to stop by, but they were sold out of almost everything we ordered. we said, hey had no bagels and no croissants. at the end we chose English muffins. one of us ate our sandwich and it was a bagel. after they said, "we had no bagels." when they handed it to us. no salted caramel drinks either so ordered alternatives there too. vanille latte was super bitter if it is usually on the sweeter side without having to add something extra. the workers seemed to try to work with what they had, but everything was very unorganized. other customers had a similar experience from my observation during waiting in the line."
