"Went in today at 3:40pm to grab a donut and coffee. Had to wait a while for service. Watched a guy partially in back room on his phone not even paying any attention to front. While I was paying I was trying to get my rewards up and asked him a question about it and he told he he had no idea how to use the app. Then the girl came from the back to hand me a like warm watered down coffee full of coffee grounds. The place itself was super clean ."

"The inside has cool furniture, so you can sit and relax while you eat. The girls working are helpful. The ice-cream is okay. (BlueBell is still king) B-R shares a building with Dunkin Doughnuts. The combination actually works out fine."
