I had a steak in the restaurant the steak tasted stale was not cooked, as asked, was hard. the staff that took our orders was rude and told us that we confuse the kitchen. covid is over and ordering on a QR code is not customer service, it can correspond to the 20 years who does not care who has their information and have a McDonalds expectation. for the prices they have to offer for a better customer service for the prices of their foods and weep they did not meet our expectations. will not eat hotel again bitten twice."
