"Second processing went today to get a coffee and there is a dehumidifier to ensure the product quality. when they talked to the manager, they said they would do it to prevent melting coarse donuts, and they followed through! the EDIT survey was transmitted by the information about the input, I received an excellent response from the manager with the franchising group. their response and attention to the customer concerns are enough for me to increase this evaluation of some stars. hopefully, the consistency of product and service will be back to the excellent quality it was when the location first opened. after 15 minutes to get 2 ice creams (at 332, coffee in the hand at 347) this is the boston cream' donut that I get when I get to the car. drive the extra few miles and go to the far superior locations at 1604/Bulverde"
