"Always either a line out to Main Street, an employee standing outside the door smoking, or unprofessional service. I've been getting my coffee at Dunkin' since 1987 (black with a flavored swirl of some sort since 1993) and today I got a first; an extra$.30 charge for adding a flavor swirl to my black coffee. Da fuq? Maybe great coffee, but it's not worth $3.19 a cup."

"I don't understand the bad reviews of this place, I go here a lot and the food is always fresh, hot and tasty. The customer service of the counter may not be 100%, because it is teenagers who have hired them to speak English to help, and for many of them it is likely their first job. But you are nice, thank you as you go, and welcome you when you come. The best prices are honest. I can even get 10 crab Rangoons for under $5. Delivery is super fast, and it's just $1. I'm going out here for 15 minutes, and it's definitely worth it. I love her lo my, and they also offer online order!! For lunch you can have a protein, lo mine, and a soup for under $10, and the portions are great! There is also a decent amount of people who also eat inside, there are stands and tables for seating. Probably not the best pictures of their food, but they are definitely more than a 3 star Chinese place, and they give you a few cookies (mandel or something) along with lucky cookies in your pocket. You are definitely worth a try and you get your money worth. Before order: Big beef lo my, shrimp moo shu with lo my (charge, but you get a regular size lo my with it), 20 crab Rangoons, and 10 sugar donuts was $30 and it was enough for at least 3 people and some remains."

"Had a medium iced coffee- blueberry of course and a maple donut. Made my drink perfect and donut was fresh for 130pm. Good job keeping the place clean although only con is no bathroom....booo lol"

"I had their keto coffee, it was very good! I enjoyed it alot. I didn't give 5 stars because the employees aren't friendly, they're rude but not very welcoming. I always feel a little awkward when I'm served there (Starbucks is always very friendly). A smile goes a long way."

"Have bought these donuts for years and were always satisfied. the staff is patient and helpful and the donuts are great! when I worked in moore co, my employees asked me to bring donuts of sandra for our team meetings! hands down the best doughnuts I've ever eaten with taking off britts in carolina beach, which is a completely different type of donut! I would say sandra and quarrels are best in their class!"

"Worst Chinese food in and around Sanford/Orlando area. Absolutely doesn’t even deserve 1 star, but it had to be placed due to lack of options. Ordered the Chicken Fried Rice and ended up with Shrimp Fried Rice.. which I’m allergic to. Manager had the audacity to decline fixing this order. Place is garbage and wouldn’t recommend anyone eating here. -P"
