"Always in a big hurry. platz is definitiw not customer-friendly..phonie smiles but lower line is her money first, then they have taken out directly in her face .at this point I usually leave her hanging there while I open my wallet again and my card back in like a normal person before going off, they also have a 40 chance to order wrong, rarely they go there now"

"I have been advised by several of my Canadian friends that TH is a league ahead of Starbucks, but I 'm sorry guys you are way off the mark. Were I to compare TH with another chain then it would be McDonalds, and even then it would come second. There seems to be an issue when it comes to the difference between a Latte and a Cappuccino. I ordered the latter and when it arrived it was vanilla flavoured and so sweet it was undrinkable. When I requested a 'vanilla free ' coffee I was informed I should have ordered the Latte...as though that was the difference in the two types. I realise that TH is probably something of an institution in Canada and may well cater for the local market, just don 't go 'international ' because frankly there are many chain brands out there much much better. Who knows perhaps they may come to Canada and give some much needed competition?"
