"They deserve NO STARS … worst service worst workers, rudest employees and management! They have a broken speaker and then cop an attitude with you over not hearing you correctly! Then when I got to the window a rude man ERIK (with a K he yelled back at me) argued with me for three min defending his snotty employee!! Uncalled for behavior by anyone in the service industry! NEVER GO TO THIS TIM HORTONS!! Take the extra drive to the one on Allen. Every time no matter what or they will remind why NOT to go here. No wonder someone once smashed paint all over their window… The one on Allen everyone is nice, kind, happy, they always have everything which this one rarely ever does. And they even cut your bagel in half! It is obvious this whole establishment on northline is being run and employed by incompetent, rude, lazy people who love to get attitudes with customers!!! Not the first time.But definitely my last time EVER … you guys suck. Get it together it’s not that hard to run a Tim Hortons or even hire half way decent people to work there."
