"Medium coffee, 2 plain bagels with cream cheese that 's a medium coffee and a bagel total at the window 2 bagels we only have 1 plain bagel please drive up ok 1plain and 1 12grain then that 's 2 12grain bagels and a large coffee drive up 4 times in 2 months, one of which I was billed for 2 bagels and given 1, another I was given tea and the wrong bagel with butter."
