"I went in to get breakfast for my kids, the guy taking my order took forever and made multiple mistakes. I finally got my order, but they left out one drink, when I asked about it I was told I did not order it, wrong, they just did not enter it. Another girl came over and started reading my order, I told her I ordered it, it just wasn’t entered and then she told me not to be sassy. She was so beyond rude! We ended up walking out without saying a word and she still continued to call us sassy as we were quietly leaving!"
