"The food was great while the service could be better, by Caucasian restaurants standard. The service was average for Chinese standards. I live in Burnaby but would gladly drive 45 minutes to come here. Anyway to get away from that snobby Jin Jiang Shanghai restaurant. The service is, I admit, a bit better once you go a few times and the waitresses recognize you. The boss lady is always there and is friendly. Price is reasonable considering it is located in Kerrisdale. Would gladly go again, and again and again..."

"Service was pretty good and the waitress were all friendly. Food was great and not greasy. We went there on a weekend and was quite packed. If you want to have dinner there on a weekend, I would recommend that you go a little bit earlier (like at 6 pm) so that you don't need to wait for a table."

"Four of us dined here to celebrate my Birthday and what. treat it was, the restaurant is quite small so to avoid disappointment I would definitely recommend making a reservation. One couple ordered the grilled octopus & warm potato salad ($20) as an appetizer, I snuck a taste and it was delicious, the octopus had the consistency of chicken with a slight flavour of fish, For our main course I ordered the Pappardelle with braised rabbit and olives ($26) , the olives made it a bit salty but not enough to spot the flavour, my Wife ordered the Duck Ravioli from the specials board, another guest ordered the Tagliatelle, Neapolitan Ragu ($24) and the final main was Spaghetti carbonara ($21). The mains were generous so I was not entirely unhappy when I found out that the Dessert that I had planned to order was not available. Two of us ordered a Moretti beer and the other two ordered an ale, the service was excellent and all in all it made for a special evening."

"Best vegan dim sum I have found including in Hong Kong. The dumplings, especially the spinach dumplings and black fungus dumplings are more flavorful than those at the hot dim sum places. The Pea tip rolls and cannelloni donuts are tasty. The turnip cakes are simple but really good, as good as those at the famous Slanted Door in San Francisco. Even when they are busy, the wait is not long."
