"Worst restaurant experience possibly ever. Server was pretty good but everything else was horrible. Waited forever for steaks that were thin, way overcooked, dry and not edible. So cold the butter on top didn 't even melt. I didn 't take a bite of my entree squeezed the shrimp and it was tough and rubbery, cut into the dry steak to see how well done my 'medium ' ribeye was. My husband ordered his ny strip med rare and it was barely pink. Manager wasn 't friendly and we still had to pay for our soggy onion straw appetizer we barely picked at and a coke. We had to wait several minutes for the manager, 10 more for the check and at least 10 more for change before flagging down the manager and she said she was taking change to our server to give to us. Finally had to go find him and ask for change so we could leave! Highly irritated at this experience and will never be back. *If you ever ate at Ponderosa back in the day this is very reminiscent of the steaks there."

"Steak was under cooked, sent it back, came back a little over cooked, and dry. This was a filet, oz , steak Baked potato was tasteless, and just warm. Mac and cheese was also tasteless, added sautÃed mushrooms, very small, over cooked. The bread was great, service was hot and cold, meaning I felt that the service was great at times, then, felt like it was out of her way, when we asked for something. Seems the meal was expensive, it was definitely not worth the money for this meal. Having given this bad review, Iâve eaten here at least other times and always been happy with every meal here. Iâm hoping this was just a one time bad experience, so I will give them another try, and hopefully they can redeem themselves."
