"Vegan comfort food at its best! We brought in our kids for some flavorful burgers. The jalapeño popper burger lived up to its name as the vegan food contest winner. The bbq burger was delicious and that Philly cheese sandwich was incredible. The owner/chef was friendly and told us all about his journey with the restaurant. Way cool. I loved how proud he was to share his creations. Highly recommend checking out Preferences!"

"When i ordered a meal they asked me “do you want medium or large?” I responded with medium thinking that was what would cost $13.xx as advertised on the menu board. However, when I got to the window I was told that it would be $15.20. I asked him why it cost more and he said that the $13.xx was for a small. I then told him I didn’t realize there was a small because of the way he asked me the question. He proceeded to inform me that this was a relatively new policy from the franchise owner, because they are not supposed to be selling smalls unless somebody asks for it. When I told him that this is deceptive, he proceeded to give me the phone number to the franchise office, because as employees they have already expressed their concern with him and he’s not listening. I called that office and a lady answered claiming that they are not intending to be deceptive, and the only thing we need to do is say no to the question. However, if you’re not trying to be deceptive, what is the problem in asking the question as small medium or large? OR would you like to change that to a medium or large? This is quite literally what every other fast food place does. I don’t know who this lady is but she made it clear that the local office and franchise owner do not care about this issue and if you as a customer are not paying attention, you will continue to be upcharged without your consent. This town is too small for shady business practices, and I hope this owner takes a closer look at how he manages his company and treats his employees."

"I create honest reviews for people, just like you, to make better informed plans/shopping decisions before ya go. I went here on Sunday around 8:15 pm, and I left there about 25 minutes later. They were very busy and happening place. Almost a packed house. Lots of family and couple customers. I am stuck on the double country burger, regular fries, and a butterfinger freezer. The service is pretty good and they really have their hands full when so many people are ordering ice cream. This is located on the airport side of town and is probably the best location for a family dining experience on this side of town. I have included photos for your convenience. I actually put my Freezee in the freezer and forgot about it til I went to bed. I was so excited to jump back up and indulge in my Butterfinger ice cream like a bod boy. NOTE: I spend my irreplaceable time to create these reviews to help people , like you, to make better informed decisions before they/you go.
