"I love smashburger but this one is awful. They don't get orders right at all even with double checking. When they messed up my daughter's sandwich by adding cheese I brought it back up and they literally scraped most of the cheese off added more sauce and brought it back and kept the fries. She's lactose intolerant. She cannot have cheese or she gets sick. She tried to lie saying they didn't but I could still see the cheese pieces on it. I gave her my sandwich instead since they didn't care to actually fix their mistake. They also charged us for 2 extra sandwiches we didn't order and messed up the coffee. Not even half of the order was correct. If you go here just be prepared for your order to be wrong and them not fix it."

"Personally, I'm not a fan of Mexican food but I'm married to someone who loves it. Cesar's Kitchen is a great place for us because she can have chimichangas and I can have a double cheeseburger with waffle fries. My double cheeseburger and waffle fries were excellent with great flavor. My wife said her chimichanga was also great but agreed with another review saying the rice tasted minute-ricy but that the rice is just filler food anyway. The service here was also friendly and attentive, keeping the drinks full at all times. In my opinion, this is the best place by far to eat in Aurora."

"Went around 6:45 pm on a Monday evening to pick up dinner for me and my co-workers at the drive thru. They put 6 double burgers and 40 chicken nuggets into a single bag. As soon as I grabbed the bag , it ripped and the entire contents fell onto the ground. The employee then came out to pick up the food. Then proceeded to go inside. He asked me to pull into spot 1. I assumed they were re-making the food so I didn’t check the contents of the til I was eating with my co-workers. They literally picked the food off the ground and simply put them into two bags. The black specks is actually from the ground. When we went back to complain the worker said “nah that’s beef”. Is this what they call GROUND beef at McDonald’s?!!! I was so disgusted. Not to mention I overpaid for this garbage (literally). It was $40"
