"If I could rate this place with 1/4 of a star, I would. I stopped by there with my son after he got off work to get him some food. We arrived at 11:00. We left at 11:30 after having moved five car spaces forward and had not even entered into the order booth yet. Two of those five cars had driven off; meaning we actually moved three spaces forward in a half an hour. I called the manager at the store to complain. He said, he's sorry but that's the way it is sometimes. They have trouble getting people to go in on the evening shift. My advise to everyone would be Stay Away From Here After 9 PM."

"Address says open 24 hours, THEY ARE NOT OPEN 24 HOURS. When they are open for business plan on being in the line for a LOOOOOONG TIME! There is always some issue with the food as well. It seems hastily thrown together, poorly done usually. I try to avoid this location which is sad because it's on my main route of driving.Also, I do not enjoy the double ordering Lanes. The other person is always fighting me to cut me off. Seriously? One more aspect to make a poor fast food dining experience!!And don't think about ordering a shake late in the day because no one knows how to re-fill the shake machine! I'm assuming there's one guy that does it for all locations and no one can ever find him."

"I ordered one strawberry shake it took them nearly half an hour to bring my shake to me. I had ordered and then the guy walked off and went into the back and there were teenagers back there chatting and eating food and me and a couple other people were standing there shaking our heads like what the hell. The person who brought me my shake was very rude and I would love if they could change this. It should not take 30 minutes to get one shake. I’m never ordering from this McDonald’s again."

"One or so of the items witty each order is wrong in some way. We all make mistakes but NO ICE in my Iced Caramel Macchiato. That's a simple request, right? Naturally they come with ice , so I think someone might just need to slow down just a touch and perhaps pay close attention to specific details in a customer's order. At least I received my actual order, unlike that time my order was 50 (ten or so McDoubles. How in the world did I receive someone else's no more than $10 order? Which was; a fish fillet, fries and a large Sprite. Of course none of which I had a particular craving for or normally choose from the menu. I pray that zero of my five McDoubles have a single pickle on them."

"This place was my favorite breakfast restaurant to visit because they offer American and Mexican food. But I recently went there and food tastes different. I'm not sure if that has to do with the origina owner not working there anymore but the food is very poor on flavor now. Very disappointed"

"I’ve traditionally gotten decent service at this place, but I won’t be coming back after today’s experience. Made a mobile order. Gave them the number at the drive-through. The cashier in a condescending way asked me if that was my name. Laughed. I told her that was the order number and gave her my name. She and someone standing near her started laughing. I chalked it up to a couple of teens feeling silly I suppose. Was surprised to see that they were two older women behind the window that should’ve known better. At the window every time it shut, the lady would yell loudly to smile. Did this to me 2 or three times. After I was given my food, I asked another woman to come over and asked for names so I can report my experience to management. She told me she was the manager and to have a good day and shut the window. I sat there and waited for someone else to come. A third person came also claiming to be the manager and told me to leave after refusing to give me any information to report the experience. Just wanted to pick up my mobile order and had one of the rudest exchanges I’ve ever had at a fast food place. Anyway, just sharing to warn you about what you may encounter. Simple transaction gone wrong for what reason, I have no idea."
