"I drive home from Halifax several times a year and Edmunston NB seems to be a good stop to or from Toronto. I was staying nearby at Auberges Les Jardins when I spied this place and the activity around the take out window. Always a good sign. The menu is conspicuously displayed in English and French and it was difficult to make a decision from all the possibilities. I went for the double cheeseburger and fries that also had a salad of coleslaw with it. After six or more hours on the highway from Halifax I didn't waste too much time going through the crisp fries and onto the burger then salad. One of my most delicious burger meals in memory, but the fries were great as well. I had a minute to talk to the young lady running the take-out window and she said I was lucky the supper crowd had already left and the ice cream crowd hadn't arrived. With that, a guy peddled up on his bike and started the ice cream requests before I could leave the deck. The food is great, the staff is efficient and delightful and prices more than reasonable. Try it, you'll like it."
