"We turned up with high expectations, only to be massively disappointed. Customers were left waiting around, customers were receiving the wrong orders, deserts were cold (when meant to be warm). My partner had eaten his desert by the time I had even received my order. No thank you or good bye when leaving, which we found very rude. Staff looked fed up and angry. (Made me feel very uncomfortable). Wasn't worth the money!"
