"Very impressed with donut shack! They offer delivery to some local areas and I definitely recommend taking advantage of that on weekends it is available. They're super nice, their donuts are fresh, they have incredible variety, and they're delicious. I got delivery to Crownsville and at first couldn't find my donuts because the wind had blown our cushions over them but they were there right on time and the shop was super nice in helping me. Will order again."

"As a former employee I have been a fan of the cream filled long johns for years, I moved out of town and when I visit I make sure to stop and bring some home to share, this time I was shocked to find the donuts half frosted, the blob of cream on the top is half the size it used to be. Worst of all there was very little cream inside the donut. The donut itself was stale. I don’t know if Omar is on vacation, or if they have a new baker. I know the price has increased since my last visit. I’m not willing to pay more for less. Huge disappointment . Another past time gone"

"Hands down my favorite vegan place in Chicago!! It is very hard to chose what to eat because it all is so delicious. Some of my favorites are the açaí bowls (best I have ever had, they put kale in the base and you can upgrade to spirulina too, gives a rich flavor, not overly sweet or watery like some other places), the grapefruit smoothie, corn chips and hummus, burger and pizza. The salads are so big it is two meals, and I am not sure how she makes her kale so delicious but man it is good. Very thankful to have this locally!"
