"Our server, JEFF, was fantastic! Very positive, energetic, friendly, and efficient. Can 't say the same for the steaks last night. We ordered off the 2/$27 menu and were upcharged for 8 oz. steaks. My husband said he wanted the 8 oz. steak but when pointed out the 2/$27 was a 6 oz, said okay, but apparently we both received 8 oz. portions (same with our friends who were dining with us). So Jeff should have clarified before putting our orders in. Husband 's steak was perfect but mine was full of gristle and friend 's was also. When we got the bill and I voiced concern about both the upcharge and poor steak, Jeff was going to have the manager come talk to us. However, the manager did not come over but instead put an adjustment on our tab which was greatly appreciated. It would be nice to know the concern with the order accuracy and steak quality would be addressed, though. Like others, we also experienced gnats flying around the table, but the area we sat appeared clean."
