"I visited with my family this week whilst on Holiday. We were recomended this place by locals and all I can say is they didnt dissapoint. The food was incredible. The passion of the team was evident in the way they took the time to converse and tell us about their product. One of the proprioters actually served us and he was a pleasure to speak to and again his passion wss evident. From what I could understand the other proprioter was actually the chef and although we did not meet him again his passion was evident in the food he served us. We were also lucky enough to be there whilst they were doing a test run for an attempt for the british record for biggest burger!!!! They brought it into the restaurant to do some photography and the buzz was phoemominal. Every one got up and was taking pictures of the Man v Food style burger. In short you have to visit. Thanks to all the team at JDs our last day of our Holiday was made by our experience. We Will definately see you next year mr and mrs cartwright..."

"We visited here on a rainy cold Sunday! As we walk in we are welcomed straight away with our choice of table. We sit by the window and watch the rain. As we look at the menu, trying to decide we have a couple waiters come up to us and ask if we were ready to order, both times declined as we were chatting, we order the double decker, on a brioche bun, instead of red onion we asked if we could Substitute for caramelised onion instead. We also ordered a large chips and some beers. Our drinks come out quickly imported beers from Italy! Very nice! Then our chips, the chips were pretty average, standard like you would get in a pub with some tomato sauce on the side. The burgers came out bout 5 minutes after which was good. The burger was very nice and it made it better with the caramelised onion. The burger was cooked med well, nice balanced. Burger alone 9/10. The place itself was nicely decorated in old style, chairs and tables were picked from second hand shops...

"Has really enjoyed the milkbutter buffalo burger! really crispy fried chicken and great with a bit cheese added. bun is fantastic. Sweet potatoes fries were perfectly cooked for my taste. tho I would suggest a slightly crispy wobble ring, but they were still a solid offer. will be back, don't ask!"
