"The service was not great at all. I understand it was a busy Saturday but our waiter checked in once and then we had to ask him for the check. We had to get up to get our own utensils. The appetizers came out an hour after we ordered and our food came out 45 mins after that. We sat with no drinks from the time our appetizers came out till we had to flag down someone for a refill. Our waiter came out with 6 waters instead of our drinks and there was 8 of us so we had to share. That was our only beverage. We spent a ton of money and wanted to spend more on drinks but we never got checked on. The food was at most ok. They forgot some things on burgers like we requested, chicken was dry for the chicken parm and they also had very little to no options for vegetarians. The aracari was beyond busy. We got to play 3 games before we decided to leave. For the reservation I booked I also said it was someone’s birthday and asked if they could recognize him but that never happened either."
