"They have no customer service and are really rude they take forever to take your order and had threatened to slap a women cause we had been waiting for about an hour so they could take our order and all she said was you guys need to be more nice and we have been waiting for about an hour” which was true and not to mention they called the police on a black man cause the “manager” thought he was gonna hit her all the man wanted was his food that he paid for they gave him a single meat instead of two and refused to give it to him with out him having to pay for it."

"Went here after dropping off my chinchilla at the vet. No sense in sitting in my car without food. Because it was breakfast hours, they were busy, and I'm willing to bet short-staffed due to Covid. Wait was a bit longer than I expected in the drive-thru, but it was fine. I placed my order through the app to make it easier, and so they could start making my food. Cashier Melissa confirmed my order at the window, and she was so nice and efficient. Would go back just for her customer service! P.S. Not related to this visit, but please be kind to our service workers. With the pandemic going on so long, they've gotta be exhausted."
