"This is the worst McDonalds on the planet. The service is almost non existent. Every time I go in there it takes 15 minutes for my order to come out. The staff is snobby and not very helpful. Today I went there for lunch and the doors were locked. When I finally got someone to come to the door, she tells me the inside is closed due to staff shortage, but the drive through is open. That didn't do me much good since I was on foot. I ended up going back to work hungry. Even though this restaurant is owned by a friend of mine, I won't be going back. Can't wait until the next time I see him. The only reason I gave them one star is I couldn't post this unless I picked a star. If they would have offered a negative five stars, I would have picked that. This place blows."

"Stop to get a fast hamburger and chicken bites. The line was a little long, but moving faster than expected. I wanted to add a drink when I paid for the food and it was no problem at all. When I got the order, the hamburger was a double meat and I had only ordered a single meat. I was charged for a double, so I didn't say anything. Next time I listen to them when they repeat the order and make sure I get what I ordered. Was a good visit and I'm sure I'm going to visit this place again."

"If you ever want to order entertainment INSIDE this McDonald is during a rush. The woman's manager runs this place like a military sergeant. I feel bad for the employees, but it's creepy and there's always someone complaining that they don't get anything or it was wrong. I had only one problem here, they charged me $44 for a $4.40 order, but my bank took care of it. I never had a problem with food quality in this place. Quality Entertainment and Great McFlurrys"

"I wish I could post a picture of the man who served me in this place. I have made a contribution on my personal Facebook and my Twitter specifically for this employee. I've never been so good. It is 7 a.m. on February 2, 2018. I don't know how the name is, but he's in his 20s, gold chain necklace, black and by far the most respectful and amazing professional staff I've ever met. Even at Marine Corps, I've seen the best when the best of professionals and even the worst. This man took practically any bad experience I've ever had with a McDonald, and only extinguished it on his act and speech. He deserves any possible increase that can be given to him by the franchise. I think his name is Mitchell, but I can't be sure. Please stop by and make this man go viral as he deserves so much recognition for being the best customer service rep I have ever seen in this world."

"Came late night last night. Staff was very unprofessional in the greetings and delay in the drive thru. Then when we got to the window, they sat behind the window for about 4 minutes... and when they opened it... absolutely no greeting... just worker staring at me. She finally gave me the total and I gave her my card. She handed it to me and closed the door. No receipt either. Then when we finally got our order the Sprites were completely all carbonation. It was the most bizarre and rude visit I have ever had... and that's a lot for a McDonald's."
