"I haven't been here in year's. Looks like ownership has changed hands. The menu is larger. Lots of options to try. I had a bacon egg and cheese on a poppy seed bagel with scallion cream cheese. I also had a steak and cheese on a roll. Both sandwich's we're delicious. I also ordered a cafe latte which was delicious as well. Quite a few people having lunch brunch. The ambiance is pretty laid back. Service was great and spot on. I will be coming back."

"The food is good and the selection of bagels is wide and all very tasty. The only thing is that some of my orders have come without the add ons I've paid for, like bacon or cream cheese. Unfortunately, this has happened at least three times, I kept going in hope that it would have been a one-time mistake, but it has happened more than twice. I like their food, I just wish they were more consistent."

"I drove all the way across town because the big apple bagel on Washington was out of all the popular bagels by 9am and not making anymore for the day (bummer). Came to this shop and they were fully stocked with bagels, muffins and the cheeses. Thestore clerks were friendly and engaging. I will now make the trip to this shop instead of the Washington street store from nowon."
