"My favorite bagel spot.However, sometimes, when non-regular staffs are working, their service is not as nice as the regular staffs.When one of the staff gave me the wrong order and made me to come back, instead of performing no look pass-which is a great basketball skill, but not for the food industry- she can simply admit her mistake and smile. It is not a big issue to give the wrong order. She just make it worse by not admitting the mistake.Hope this review can help to improve the service so that I can continue to love my favorite bagel place!"

"Overpriced and bagels are just ok. The cashier is always mad at a costumer when I go in. Every encounter with her is so negative and hostile. Only started going here when bagel store closed. But I’m done with this place. Put up a sign that says pay after you order at the front. Stop yelling at people all day because they assumed you can just pay when you get your food."

"I live in the opposite, and there's nothing vegan out here. So I was curious if this bagel shop had at least Tofu cream cheese! the previous review says it is clearly marked, but I did not find that to be true. the case shows only the milk cheese. I tried the Tofu cream cheese here three times. once clear, once veggie, and another time scallion. something about her tastes real to me, but I have insisted on the workers, I have an allergy and they claim it is toofu. It tastes different than any other Tofu cream cheese I have tried! but I must believe that it is really vegan, even if my taste buds say differently! I suppose I would feel better if they were clearly marked and visible from the window, but there are no evidence that they even exist until they ask about them! Anyway, their bagels are really good, especially all this!"

"I normally use a food service app (GrubHub) to order food. It 's convenient and I can pay with my saved credit card. It 's ideal as I don 't carry cash. Without fail, Everytime I order here, the owner/manager lady that works the register tells me to call in your order next time . I assume there 's some back end payment issue and perhaps they lose money on online orders. Whatever the case may be, if you don 't like having people order with these apps, don 't use these apps. It 's simple and doesn 't involve talking down to customers. Fast forward to today.. I called! The lady took my order of 3 bagels, not toasted with cream cheese. Once I picked up my food and got home, I opened one of the bagels and it was toasted. The cream cheese had softened and was a mess to eat. All in all, it was still a good bagel but I 'm 100% positive that if I had put my order in online that my order would have been made correctly."
