"I am a regular customer, but a few previous occasions when i have ordered medium cod and chips for £4.80 i have been given stale, burnt chips this is simply out of order they know exactly what they are doing but ignore it. and...on 2 occasions i have been given fake £5 notes from this store and each time the £5 was not given from the till, but the staff would go to the back (as if they are getting extra change) i was in a good mind in reporting this i am going to stop eating here, its disrespectful as a regular customer they think they can get away with it as most people won't say anything"

"I had never had a bad experience here until today. I placed an order and not even 2 minutes later, I called to edit one thing in the order. First, the phone rang until the busy signal sounded off. I called once again and someone finally answered. I explained that I had JUST placed an order for pickup and needed to know if I could change one thing. The woman who answered had me hold while she asked someone else. They muttered about it for less than 10 seconds, and guess what? No one returned to the phone. They left me on the phone while they worked and talked to one another about other things. I stayed on hold for 9 minutes before I decided to hang up. I called back thrice, and the busy signal resounded each time. They didn 't even bother to put the phone back on the hook. I 'm not even mad. But, I am thoroughly disappointed and feel exceedingly disrespected. I easily spent $40 on this one order and the alteration I was making wasn 't going to change the monetary amount at all. I would have even accepted being told, No, we cannot make any changes. But, no one followed up! I will do my very best to find a different Captain D 's next time. I hope others have a much better experience than I.UPDATE: The food (that was delivered) was great, though. AND, they gave me a lot of sauce."

"Nothing but children/young adults work here, the manager must ensure that they work on their customer service skills. their runner must pay attention to the orders, so that the customer does not have to return there. I came back to correct my order, just to return the wrong order. Smh"

"We went thru the drive thru tonight. Plenty staffed, quick with food and the food was outstanding. I got the smoked wings and onion rings. My dad got the chili baker. Highly recommend them."
