"This place is a straight shitshow. Drive the few extra miles and go to the McDonalds on 22nd. We ordered basic meals and had to pull up to wait on items- no problem. When the gal running the food out asked if this was my order (because I have amazing vision and can see through brown paper bags I read it off to her and she just shrugged and handed us 2 bags of random food. We checked it and we had extra burgers, an extra happy meal and were missing a whole chicken nugget meal. My husband went in to get the complete order and could tell they were struggling. We got home and the quarter pounder was totally raw. Thank goodness we had a few extra burgers that sufficed but, seriously. This McDonalds is always like this- save your self some time and likely food poisoning and go to the 22nd one. It is FAR superior."

"Had a meeting with a partner here and tried Teriyaki Boys for the first time. It's in a food court of a Des Moines business building so it has limited hours but the Teriyaki Chicken was great and such a big portion I had some left over to take home!Glad I tried something new, it was worth it!"

"I went to Wendy's yesterday which was 7:14 I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries the chicken were cold the fries seemed to be old on the bottom, but I didn't check them until I got home and this Wendy was on the south side wasn't very happy .so I thought I would try them again today as I was going in that direction and my mother wanted a sandwich. So I had a coupon I bought two large frosties and my mother a combo chicken sandwich well I check the chicken sandwich this time after I received it and it was all right but the little girl at the register had an attitude as I asked her if it was a grilled chicken sandwich or crispy she closed the door before she could hear all that I had to say and came back and I asked her If there a problem I'm tired of people just changing their mind wanting this and wanting that. I explained to her that I simply was asking her a question and she closed the window before my question was complete so then I asked to speak to the manager who was very apologetic and said that she would speak to her this Wendy will get no more of my business"
