"Stayed herd fof 2 nights room was warm and kleen,but were you have breakfast and the bar is very tiredand needing painted only ate breakfasg in place went to ainslie hotel to eat beautiful.food very clean place and my brother and sister in law booked room it was their own apartment beautiful for half the price ot the thrums and the thrums toilets toilet seat needing replaced and very cold airlie hotel def place to stay ."

"We ordered over £70 worth of food, fish, scampi, white puddings , sausage, burger, and pizza, all suppers. I have never ever seen such stingy portions, my chips were hiding under the fish and believe me that would be difficult as the fish was one side of a haddock, and the slimest, thinest haddock I Have ever seen, fish fingers are bigger. We were all still hungry after eating the smallest portions know to man. That is one chipper we will never use again, not that long ago you used to get a fish and a half, sometimes 2 fish, but half a fish and a dozen or so chips, shocking"

"Called in with family for lunch. We had main courses with desserts. Service was quick and efficient and the waitress friendly. Price was good at £7.45 for two courses and this price is for anyone not just senior citizens! Our choice was ham salad with chips and fish, chips and peas. Ham was tasty, fish okay (processed I think), sticky toffee pudding and apple pie both with cream very nice. Good value for price. We have found Troopers to be popular and busy at lunch times. Have called in a few times recently and no complaints will return again."

"Best cheese shop I've ever visited! the staff was very friendly and helpful, there was a good selection of cheese and they even said that if I wanted something, they could order it. not to mention the lobes are very reasonable. recommend the blue mord."
